Hilal is BHS/EDS maintenance manager at Istanbul Airport, where she has been involved in every stage of the baggage system’s journey, from design and construction to ORAT testing and operational handover. With more than 15 years of experience in aviation operations, project engineering and maintenance management, she now leads the O&M of one of the world’s largest and most complex baggage handling systems. She holds a degree in electrical engineering and the IAP designation from ACI-ICAO.
