Francisco is the industry affairs director at ACI-LAC, where he leads member management, technical committee coordination and the strengthening of industry relations. He previously served at Airbus Defence & Space as a procurement and support engineer for the A400M program. He is an aeronautical engineer specializing in airports, with a master’s in organization engineering from UPM Madrid. His background includes experience in obstacle limitation surfaces (OLS) analysis at the Spanish airport operator AENA.
