Fabiola has over 25 years of experience at Munich Airport, with expertise in passenger and terminal services, quality management and airport consulting. She is currently leading the Airport Academy Learning & Development and has held various management positions since 2005. Fabiola represents Munich Airport on various committees, including ACI World and ACI Europe, and has been responsible for the 5-Star Program. She holds two university diplomas, and is an AELP graduate, certified trainer and coach.
