Eva has over 30 years of aviation experience, including airline and airport operations. As part of the operations and security division, Eva oversees airport services including airport duty managers, AirTrain operations, landside operations, terminal systems and wayfinding. She collaborates closely with airline, local and federal stakeholders to implement innovative technologies and improve processes that impact the overall passenger experience.
