With more than 35 years of experience in the aviation industry, Esther is an expert in all aspects of airport operations. She has completed more than 25 global consulting projects, most of them focusing on ORAT (operational readiness and airport transfer). She is now a vice president within Fraport’s Global Investments and Management Division, leading the Operational Excellence Competence Center. In her free time, Esther loves sports and travel.
