After 10 years in various positions related to mobility, Dieter now leads the combined mobility and passenger services department at Brussels Airport Company. His team manages the core passenger processes at Brussels Airport – such as check-in, boarding and screening – with the goal of continuously enhancing the overall passenger experience. Personal fact: Outside the airport, he enjoys camping trips in the woods or mountains and can often be found working on his camper van.
