Diana joined airBaltic in 2017, and moved into training in 2019. She now serves as ground instructor manager, overseeing training for cabin crew and pilot instructors. Passionate about advancing learning effectiveness, she focuses on developing instructor competencies and modern training methods. She attends industry conferences and spoke at the 2024 Dispax Conference on airBaltic’s restraint philosophy, mindset and practical techniques for managing unruly passengers across diverse operational environments globally.
