With over 10 years of experience in the baggage industry, first at KLM and most recently at Schiphol Airport in his role as manager of baggage development, Dennis is passionate about transforming the baggage process from being heavily labor dependent into an automated and human-centric process. In his free time he loves singing and has performed on big and small stages all around the Netherlands.
