David is operations director for aviation and rail at Ethos Farm, a customer experience consultancy with contracts across major UK and international airports. With over 19 years in airport and transport operations – including senior leadership roles at Stansted and Gatwick – David brings rare dual expertise in strategic management and frontline delivery. He is completing a CMI Level 7 qualification in strategic management and leadership and holds responsibility for over 600 employees.
