David is part of United's Customer Strategy and Innovation team, which is responsible for the tools, technology and processes that shape the customer experience. David specifically oversees all of United's biometrics intiatives across the customer journey, working closely with technology partners and government agencies to ensure their success. Prior to this role, David held various operations and customer experience positions at American Airlines, and holds a lifelong passion for aviation.
