Ciaran Carolan manages the ICAO Public Key Directory (PKD) program at ICAO. His leadership of the international PKD community is a key driver of global efforts to make travel more seamless and secure through intelligent use of trustworthy data from digital sources. Carrolan previously led legislative and technical work on EU Smart Borders initiatives at eu-LISA. He has an PhD from Trinity College Dublin and an MBA from IE Business School Madrid.
