Britney Waasdorp represents Gen Z on hyper-personalization, digital identity and passenger experience. She has researched biometrics and seamless travel, and works as an airport CX specialist at NACO, where she uses different methods to improve journeys end-to-end. She brings first-hand passenger insight to evaluate what to personalize, why and how, balancing privacy, inclusion and operational realities.
