He played a key role in LaGuardia’s US$4bn CTB program, specializing in stakeholder coordination and visualization tools. His expertise in drawings, phasing and digital models supports efficient project delivery. He is passionate about innovation, MOT planning and civil design. Personal fact: Brendan is an avid endurance athlete and former Division I runner.
