Billy Shallow is an independent advisor supporting airports, airlines and other aviation stakeholders in strategy, operational efficiency and customer experience across terminal, security and airside operations. Previously, he was senior director at ACI World advocating for global airports, raising standards and capacity building within security, innovation, technology and cybersecurity. He was ACI’s permanent representative to ICAO for security matters, advocating for the best interests of over 2,000 airports globally.
