Barbara Horner is responsible for ground handling processes and the passenger journey at Salzburg Airport. Having grown up in Austria with a passion for aviation, she started to work for Lauda Air and later moved to the Airport Authority to build its first passenger handling unit. She is member of various working groups, including Innovation and Terminal Development. Together with customer airlines and tour operators, she works on continuous improvements and promotes digitalization and automation.
