Aude Ferrand, CEO of TAV Operation Services and chief commercial officer of TAV Airports Holding since September 2024, has a career spanning retail, hospitality, and travel. She held senior roles at Armani, Amore Pacific, and Printemps before joining Groupe ADP in 2017 as Head of Merchandising, later becoming Chief Retail Director. With expertise in customer experience transformation, she has also served on boards for airports in Chile, Jordan, India, and France.
