Ashwini Thorat is chief of design and planning for Adani Airport Holdings, India’s largest airport operator with eight airports, serving 80 mppa. She is responsible for the masterplanning and design of the airport portfolio under the Adani Group. Her core strength lies in innovation, digital and strategic initiatives, masterplanning and terminal and airfield expansions. Thorat has led several planning and design projects of various scales and complexities throughout her 25-year career.
