Armando is chief executive officer and managing director of SEA (Milan Airport management company), and vice president of Assaeroporti (Association of Italian Airports). Previously, he was president of ACI Europe (Airports Council International Europe) and CEO of GE.S.A.C. (Naples Airport management company). Earlier, he held various top management roles within the aeronautical industry. He graduated with honors in economics and business from the University of Naples Federico Il.
