Amanda Holland is head of screening at Tango Check, with over 15 years of experience in background vetting and compliance. Holland specializes in aviation screening, supporting employers and contractors through the complex requirements of airside pass vetting, while also bringing experience across the financial services, security and healthcare sectors. Holland leads a team responsible for processing more than 3,000 airside passes each year and has a strong background in HR, giving her practical insight into the operational challenges employers face.
