Alan is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating security operations, aviation security policies and compliance at Changi Airport Group. As the SMS manager, he oversees the Aerodrome Safety Unit (ASU) and is responsible for Changi’s Safety Management System (SMS). Alan is a past chairman of ACI World and the Regional Security Committee and remains an active member of the Smart Security Management Committee.
