Sascha König is senior VP of aviation passenger process and Esther Nitsche is VP of operational excellence at Fraport, which runs Frankfurt Airport. The airport's T3 opens at the end of April. Technical commissioning is complete and the terminal is currently undergoing trial operations.

"The design is unique, I would say," comments Nitsche. "It's a very modern and beautiful terminal, and there's state-of-the-art technology in all areas."
