PTW caught up with Lithuanian Airports’ chief commercial officer after she took part in a panel discussion on hyperpersonalization during the PTE World Conference. In this conversation, she explains that hyperpersonalization is a tool that airports can use to help them make strategic decisions. However, she points out that it’s important to still leave room for passengers to experience excitement and unexpected moments. Hyperpersonalization is a project that is always evolving, she says.
