In this session, we will present the updated innovation strategy of Aena (the world’s largest airport operator by passenger volume) for the 2026-2030 period, focused on four key pillars: enhancing passenger experience, developing autonomous airport capabilities, exploring new opportunities and reinforcing our commitment to sustainability, along with the model for tracking and measuring results. We will also highlight the Innovation Hub programs: Aena Ventures, dedicated to open innovation, and Innova, which fosters intrapreneurship, as well as the technology surveillance team and international collaborations – all driving transformation and competitiveness in the airport sector.
