How many words do you know starting with the letter C? At Grantley Adams International Airport, we have built a strong airport community with the Cs. Each airport employee is aware of the Cs as they became a mantra. The Airport Community Mindset (ACM) concept found its foundation in the Cs. This presentation is the follow-up from a presentation made in 2024 when the ACM was introduced to the community. Two years later, the concept has matured and this presentation will help other airports strengthen and develop a strong, trustworthy, engaged and committed airport community.
