Japan Airport Terminal Co. Ltd. launched terminal.0 Haneda, a co-creation incubation center advancing airport R&D. While Haneda Airport trials smart lanes to boost throughput, the terminal.0 Security Checkpoint Unit enhances the end-to-end journey by analyzing lighting, acoustics, air quality, aroma and art, and piloting autonomous PRM services and remote check-in. The program also explores future mobility systems to deliver a next-generation experience that unites innovation, comfort and operational excellence from curb to gate. Combining human-centered design with data-driven operations, terminal.0 turns experiments into measurable gains in customer satisfaction.
