Smart phasing at airside, aligned with ADM's finances and operations

19 Mar 2026
Room 3
Day 3 - Airport facilities management
Aéroports de Montréal (ADM) has undertaken a detailed exercise to phase its projects at airside with minimal impact on operations. It adopted a strategic methodology to ensure that airport development is also in alignment with financial and organizational capacity. This iterative model integrates forecasts of passenger volumes, cost and revenue projections and financial impact analysis to support informed, value-driven decision-making. The phasing strategy is designed as a balancing act – coordinating major development initiatives as per the strategic plan with other corporate priorities such as maintenance, passenger experience and revenue considerations. These important insights will be shared with the audience.
  • How to minimize impact on operations for projects at airside
  • Methodology for value-driven decision-making
