In this panel discussion with leading architects Foster + Partners, inclusive design consultants from Mima, and the KSIA client team, we discuss the aim for KSIA to be the most accessible and inclusive airport in the world – not just from a technical perspective but in terms of equitable, enjoyable usability. Panel members will talk the audience through the end-to-end inclusive passenger experience, and how this has been brought to life through innovative global benchmarking, persona research and creation, the recruitment and facilitation of a lived experience user group of deaf, disabled and neurodivergent experts, and prototype testing.
