At Munich Airport, the Operations Specialist Program was developed to transform fragmented, department-specific training into a unified, future-ready learning journey. Over four months, participants complete a curriculum covering fundamental training and licensing, combined with hands-on modules. This standardized approach secures EASA compliance and creates a transparent, modular learning path that is adaptable to operational needs. The result is a more mobile, skilled and resilient workforce, with consistent knowledge across all relevant operational areas.
