Panel discussion: Failing forward in baggage innovation with BOOST

Technovation
The BOOST collaboration program (Schiphol, Heathrow, Avinor, Incheon and Brussels Airport) is making a serious impact in the baggage world through innovation and close collaboration on topics like robotic loading, automated transportation and digital process orchestration. Even though we are taking big steps forward, not everything we try and do is successful. Talking about the things we learn when innovation doesn't go as planned is maybe even more interesting than sharing highlight stories. That's why, together with the tech suppliers and integrators from real-life projects, we would like to openly share our lessons about failing forward together.
- Why there is no such thing as an unsuccessful pilot
- The importance of not only focusing on the product (e.g. a robot or AGV), as successful change is achieved by optimizing the process and people side
- The biggest lessons the BOOST airports and their innovation partners have learned in the last 18 months in innovating the baggage process
