Since October 2025, the second wave of LSPs to test EUDI wallets has been launched. Among them, APTITUDE (led by 11 member states and Ukraine) will continue to explore a user-centered approach. Four key use cases are being examined: 1) Digital travel credentials (DTC) to streamline border control and travel document management; 2) Tickets and check-in for transportation, accommodation and tourism, with potential student card integration; 3) electronic vehicle registration certificate (mVRC) enabling shared vehicle use for personal or professional purposes; 4) Payment wallet, integrating payments and strong customer authentication (SCA) to enhance security for banking.
