Gesnaer will showcase two disruptive solutions for airports:
B2P is an individualized luggage delivery system. With traditional baggage carousels, suitcases are frequently lost, do not arrive on time or disappear, resulting in dissatisfied customers. With the B2P system, the passenger goes to an assigned box to retrieve the baggage. Passenger identifies himself through his mobile phone or a hall totem. Then the passenger can go to the assigned box and collect the suitcase.
