Centralny Port Komunikacyjny (CPK) is a Polish state-owned special purpose vehicle (SPV) delivering one of the strategic transport infrastructure investments in Central Eastern Europe. At the heart of the project is an airport, designed to become a hub connecting the region to Europe and the world. By integrating air, high-speed rail, and road networks, CPK will transform mobility across Poland and its neighbours, fostering economic growth, development, and connectivity. Construction of the CPK passenger terminal is set to begin in 2026, starting with foundation works. The underground railway station and the tunnel linking the terminal to the national high-speed rail network are expected to be operational by 2029. The airport will open by the end of 2032, together with the high-speed rail section between Warsaw and Łódź. CPK will serve as a cornerstone of Central Eastern Europe’s transport, logistics, and mobility infrastructure, enhancing trade, tourism, and integration.
