To70 Aviation is currently working on assessment of operational and capacity gains resulting from potential implementation of several terminal and airside expansion projects envisaged as part of Dublin airport Capital Investment Programme (CIP). The work, executed on behalf of the Irish Aviation Authority (IAA), is part a 5-year framework contract (FwC) to perform fast time simulation (FTS) modelling of terminal buildings, airside, and airspace operations at Dublin. As part of this assignment, To70 is developing a detailed FTS model of Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 at DUB. These models will be merged with the existing airside/airspace model into a single unified simulation platform to be used by IAA in support of its regulatory duties.
