By considerably reducing the physical strain of handling heavy suitcases, GexoNAER aims to minimize workplace injuries and enhance productivity. Complementing this is B2P, an individualized luggage delivery system that reimagines the way passengers retrieve their baggage. Instead of waiting at crowded carousels with possible delays and lost items, travelers can simply identify themselves via their cell phones or hall totems and proceed directly to an assigned box to collect their luggage.
