At Passenger Terminal Expo 2026, ITW GSE will present EcoGate, a design approach that connects ground support equipment into one coordinated system to improve gate operations.

Rather than treating GPUs, PCA units and charging solutions as standalone assets, EcoGate allows them to share power, data and technical synergies. This enables airports to electrify ground operations faster while working within existing power constraints.

By optimizing how available power is distributed across connected equipment, EcoGate helps airports expand electrification without costly infrastructure upgrades. The system can also support DC charging for electric ground support equipment directly at the point of operation.

EcoGate is designed to be implemented gradually, allowing airports to start small and scale their electrification strategy over time.
