This high-end design counter is developed as a flexible concept product that can function both as a traditional agent-assisted check-in desk and as a self-bag-drop (SBD) solution. The hybrid counter allows airports and airlines to easily switch between staffed service and automated baggage processing, offering greater operational flexibility while maintaining a premium passenger experience. The concept has been developed through a collaboration between INTOS and bagchain, combining expertise in airport interior solutions and smart baggage technology to support the evolving needs of modern airports.
